At Craftsmen Electrical Services our Written Guarantees are the best in the business. If anything should fail during the warranty periods, we will fix it at absolutely no cost to you!

Your electrician will arrive within the scheduled two hour window of your appointment.

If your electrician smokes or swears on your property, doesn?t wear shoe covers or doesn?t clean up upon completion of your project, you have the right to request a full refund for that service call.

If a repair that we make fails within one year of the date we completed it, we will make the necessary repairs again, Absolutely Free.

We guarantee our workmanship and equipment for a period of three years. If your new panel or service entrance equipment fails in normal operation during that period, we will correct the issue free of charge. We guarantee all materials used will be new and to the code in your area.

We guarantee that the equipment and/or fixtures* that we supply and install in your home will perform as we have stated. If any equipment or fixture fails during normal use within two years of the date completed, we will either repair or replace the item at no additional charge to you. *Light bulbs are excluded.
