1. What is Trouble Shooting?
Trouble shooting is like detective work. We use our experience and your help to quickly and accurately find a problem with your electrical system. You can help us a lot by giving us an accurate description of what has happened, and when it occurred.
We test and examine your wiring system as it relates to the problem, but first we listen to you, to find out exactly what you have experienced and what your concerns are.
2. How long does Trouble Shooting take?
Finding a problem usually doesn't take very long. Generally it will take less than an hour to find the problem, but it may take longer. In most cases, the solution to a problem is easier than finding the problem. Occasionally, the repair may involve extensive work to correct the problem. In those unusual cases, your electrician will take the time to explain the issues, options and costs involved to correcting them.
3. Can you fix our problem the same day?
We will sure do our best. Most of the time we will fix your problem the same day. If your project can not be completed that day, we will schedule the work at your convenience.
4. How much will work in my home cost?
Your electrician will review your project or problem and give you a firm price in writing. You can then accept or decline to have the work completed. Once accepted, in most cases we can start the work that day.
We hope that we've answered your questions. If not please give us a call. We would enjoy speaking with you.
